Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, consent to jurisdiction in your federal district court, and your signature. We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant and may reinstate the material after 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

High Protein will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion based on the severity or frequency of infringement.
