Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless turkey breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6-8 slices of cheese such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup tortilla wraps
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, olive oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Stir in the chopped parsley, basil, and rosemary.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside for later use.
  3. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, applying gentle pressure to secure the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  5. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with the honey-Dijon mustard mixture.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Use any melting cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss. Serve warm.
